Refund Policy

We value your satisfaction and want you to shop with confidence. All of our products go through strict quality control, and for your peace of mind we provide a 30-day return guarantee on all non-personalized items, as well as products that arrive defective or damaged in transit.

1. Cancellations

Please review your order details (size, color, quantity, recipient, delivery address, etc.) carefully before placing your order.

  • Orders may be cancelled by contacting us at attentionme292@gmail.com.
  • Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
  • If a cancellation request is made within 12 hours of placing the order, there is no fee.
  • If a cancellation is requested after 12 hours but within 3 days, a 20% order processing fee will be charged.
  • We do not accept cancellations more than 3 days after the order is placed.

2. Exchanges

If you wish to change the product size or switch to a different style, please contact us at attentionme292@gmail.com within 12 hours of placing the order.

  • Exchange requests made after 12 hours cannot be accepted.
  • Any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly. We recommend selecting items with minimal price differences to avoid delays.

3. Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return in accordance with the following conditions:

  1. Return Window – Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order. Items received beyond 30 days are not eligible.
  2. Condition – Returned items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Items that are worn, altered, or not in resalable condition will not be accepted.
  3. Authorization Required – Returns must be pre-approved by our team. Please contact us at attentionme292@gmail.com to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) form and the correct return address. Returns sent without authorization will not be accepted.
  4. Refund Processing – Refunds are issued after we receive and inspect your return.
    • PayPal refunds: credited within 48 hours.
    • Credit card refunds: 7–14 business days (processing time may vary by bank).
  5. International Returns – If returning items internationally, please clearly mark the package as “Return Item” to avoid customs charges. We are not responsible for customs fees on returned packages.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Store Responsible – We cover return shipping costs if you receive the wrong item, wrong color/size, or a product with clear quality issues. Please provide photos of defects for verification.
  • Customer Responsible – Returns due to personal preference (e.g., color, size, thickness, style, workmanship dissatisfaction, etc.) must be shipped back at the customer’s expense. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Non-Returnable – Products damaged due to misuse, improper wearing, or unauthorized alterations are not eligible for return or refund. Cash-on-Delivery (COD) returns will not be accepted.

5. Return Process

  1. Contact us by email (attentionme292@gmail.com) with your order number, product details, and reason for return.
  2. Our team will respond within 24 hours with a return authorization (RMA) and the return address.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and attach the provided return label.
  4. Once your package is received, we will issue a refund or process an exchange according to our policy.
