Shipping Policy

We take pride in ensuring your order arrives as quickly and safely as possible. Delivery times depend on your shipping address, item availability, and the time of order placement.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • During peak or holiday seasons, processing may take longer. If delays occur, you will be notified by email.

Shipping Cost

We offer Free Shipping within Untied States.

Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery takes 3–10 business days after dispatch.
  • Delivery time = Processing Time + Shipping Time.
  • For example: An item requiring 3 business days to process plus 7 business days to ship will arrive in 10 business days.

Please note: Delivery time is calculated after the order has shipped, not after it is placed.

Shipping Requirements

When selecting express shipping, please ensure your address is entered in English and includes:

  • Street / Block, City, Province / State, Country, Postal Code
  • Recipient Name and Phone Number

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please provide accurate shipping details at checkout.

  • Orders with incorrect or incomplete addresses may be delayed.
  • We are not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address or returned to sender. Returned parcels may be donated and are not eligible for refunds.
  • If you request changes or redirections directly with the final-mile carrier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged parcels.

Order Updates

  • Order Confirmation – Sent immediately after placing your order, summarizing items and shipping details.
  • Shipping Confirmation – Sent once your order has shipped, including tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking links to update.
  • If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately. Each shipment will receive its own confirmation email.

You may also track your order on our Track Order page. If your order has not arrived by the estimated delivery date, please contact us for assistance.

Customs & Taxes

  • Some international orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are determined by your local government.
  • These fees are the customer’s responsibility. Please contact your local customs office for details.

Important Notes

We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by:

  • Customs clearance delays or unpaid duties
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping details
  • Inability to receive the package at the provided address
  • Packages lost, stolen, or unclaimed after delivery authorization (e.g., left at doorstep or with a neighbor)

Refunds will not be provided for parcels destroyed or returned due to unpaid customs fees or failure to claim the package.
